Adjustment

NOTE: Rear Fixed Glass Panel

NOTE: If the rear fixed glass is in need of adjustment, align the rear fixed glass panel and then align the front sliding glass panel.

The roof opening panel initialization procedure must be done when repairs are carried out on the roof opening panel system, including: any time either roof opening panel motor, air deflector, roof opening panel glass (rear fixed or front sliding) or the frame has been removed.
  1. Measure the rear fixed glass panel to roof height at the front sides of the glass and the rear of the glass referring to the specifications shown.
  1. If adjustment is necessary.
    Fully open the shield.
  1. NOTE: RH side shown, LH side similar.

    Reposition the roof opening panel seal as necessary.
  1. NOTE: RH side shown, LH side similar.

    If necessary.
    Adjust the rear fixed glass.
    1. On both sides.
      Loosen the 3 retaining bolts.
      Torque: 49 lb.in (5.5 Nm)
    1. Adjust the rear fixed glass to specifications from the previous steps.

Adjustment

NOTE: Front Sliding Glass Panel

NOTE: The roof opening panel initialization procedure must be done when repairs are carried out on the roof opening panel system, including: any time either roof opening panel motor, air deflector, roof opening panel glass (rear fixed or front sliding) or the frame has been removed.

  1. Measure the front sliding glass panel to roof height at the front of the glass and the front sliding glass panel to rear fixed glass panel referring to the specifications shown.
  1. If adjustment is necessary.
    Fully open the shield.
  1. NOTE: RH side shown, LH side similar.

    If necessary.
    Reposition the roof opening panel seal as necessary.
  1. NOTE: RH side shown, LH side similar.

    If necessary.
    Adjust the front sliding glass panel.
    1. On both sides.
      Loosen the 3 retaining bolts.
      Torque: 49 lb.in (5.5 Nm)
    1. Adjust the front sliding glass panel to specifications from the previous steps.
  1. If any adjustment was made on the front sliding or rear fixed glass panels, initialize the front sliding glass panel.
