Lincoln Nautilus: Voltage Converter/Inverter / Alternating Current (AC) Power Outlet Socket. Removal and Installation
Removal
WARNING:
Disconnect the 12 volt battery before servicing the direct
current to alternating current (DC-AC) inverter or alternating current
(AC) powerpoint to prevent the risk of high voltage shock. Failure to
follow this instruction may result in serious personal injury.

Open the floor console stowage bin lid.

Remove the floor console upper trim panel.

Position the front seats forward.

Disconnect the battery.
Refer to: Battery Disconnect and Connect (414-01 Battery, Mounting and Cables)

NOTE:
Both sides.
Release the rear clips and position the floor console side trim panels.

NOTE:
Floor console side panels not shown for clarity.
NOTE:

Remove the screws and position the floor console rear trim panel.

Disconnect the floor console rear trim panel electrical connectors.
-
Release the retaining tabs and remove the AC power outlet socket.
Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Remove the HCM .
Remove the headlamp control module bracket bolts and the HCM .
Torque:
80 lb.in (9 Nm)
Disconnect the electrical connectors...
